Activate Communications was formed by Danny Howard in 1999, after twenty years in the TV, Video and Multimedia communications business. Now with over fifteen years experience in producing multimedia projects, encompassing the entire spectrum of creative and technical requirements this aspect of the business grows from strength to strength.

Activate is the video brand of the Ambit network who have an extensive producer experience of multi media productions. This has ensured exciting and creative application of newmedia concepts. Working in skilled teams of creative staff, Activate has produced internet sites to fully featured CD roms with integrated video and sound resources. Marketing, Training and informative CD's all required the coordination of skills from specialist writers, designers, programmers and video production staff. With over twenty years experience in TV/Video production Danny and the Activate team has, as you may imagine, worked on most types of production projects and video production techniques; from large film crew commercial shoots and fast moving broadcast television location shoots coordinating production in extreme locations and conditions, casting artists and working on studio sets, directing drama to working on boats, helicopters and with anamorphic lens and digital recording technology.
